Your Role with Us:

• Develop and optimize marketing workflows in HubSpot.
• Implement comprehensive tracking systems and create a unified dashboard for detailed analytics.
• Design and execute effective lead generation strategies.
• Launch, monitor, and refine cold email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Build our outbound marketing strategy from scratch.
• Assist with paid marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
• Write compelling and persuasive copy for our website, emails, and social media channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing for website messaging to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

What You Need to Join Us:

• Proven success in expanding go-to-market initiatives for service-based businesses.
• Expertise in creating and managing outbound marketing campaigns, especially cold emails.
• Experience in list building and lead generation techniques.
• Proficiency in implementing website tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager (Server Side).
• Advanced skills in creating detailed reports with GA4.
• Mastery of HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
• Exceptional copywriting skills across various channels.
• Strong graphic design abilities to create engaging marketing materials.
