Position: HR Executive
Job Description:
Preparation of HR documents (orders, staff list, sick leaves maintenance, timesheets, hiring documents etc.)
· Calculation of sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, remuneration under contract; processing payroll payment orders
· preparation of tax reports, other payroll & employee benefit reports.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
· Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations.
Recruitment using LinkedIn, Indeed, and University job boards etc.
Organizing Job Fairs and internal/external events.
HR related documentation, employee management.
Admin and other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Other Details:
Experience: 6 months+ BBA from reputable University
Location: DHA Lahore
Timings: 9am - 6pm
