About the job HR Recruitment Officer(LHR)

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred


Minimum 1 year of experience required/ Fresh also can be considered
