Purpose of role:


To provide an effective and efficient recruitment service to all Small World Hiring managers ensure that we have the right skills in the right place at the right time. The role will provide support across the group and across all functions.


Role details:


Ensure job descriptions and role briefs are up to date, clear and well-articulated. Using brand guidelines and tone of voice documents to create professional, consistent and scalable campaigns to attract and deliver strong, relevant candidates.


Work with the Recruitment Lead to provide weekly reports to the Group HR Manager and Hiring Manager on the following; applications received, applications shortlisted, 1st stage interviews, 2nd interviews, time to hire, campaign costs etc.


Review candidate applications through various recruitment channels


Identify and contact suitable passive candidates on various job boards and Linkedin by using boolean search methods.


Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure managers have the required information to conduct the interview.


Coordination of candidate offers and managing candidate screening requests.


Take responsibility for managing the recruitment inbox by ensuring all emails are reviewed and organized correctly and efficiently.


Ensuring the recruitment tracker is kept up to date at all times and therefore ensuring an accurate reflection of current recruitment activity at any given moment.


Manage all other recruitment-related administrative duties


Person Specification:


Able to communicate effectively in both Urdu and English at a written and verbal level.


Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment


Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of work quickly and effectively


A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.


A team player, with an enthusiastic and supportive approach


Ability to use initiative and work proactively


Adaptable and flexible in order to move with changing demands


Professional and approachable at all times
