Job Description:

• Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
• Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
• Provide backup technical support for the network including router, firewall, and wireless access point. 
• Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
• Assist and support our remote project staff.
• Provide backup support in the absence of support personnel.
• Assist and maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment

Qualification & Experience:

• Fresh Graduate 
• Master's or bachelor
