Job Title: Marketing Director

As a key member of a team, you will craft a data-driven plan that ignites brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and ultimately fuels significant revenue growth. 

You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership (7+ years)
• A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to develop and manage high-performing marketing teams
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for data-driven marketing and a commitment to continuous improvement
