Mechanical Design Lead

INTECH Process Automation is looking for a Mechanical Design Lead with an extensive hands-on experience along with management skills.

Description:

• Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and green field projects in Oil & Gas industry
• Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports and pipe support load calculations.
• Understanding of material selection process for piping, structure, valves and buildings
• Selection / design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors.
• Design reviews for Skids including stress analysis of piping and structure analysis
• Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication
• Should have a hands-on experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis. An additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.
• The project, procurement management, and cost-controlling abilities
• Vendor and subcontractor management, Inter-discipline coordination, customer conflict resolution, change order management and experience in developing goal oriented team

• Education: Master's or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• Aspiring candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience and with 3+ years in the lead role
• Gulf experience would be preferred.
• Must have an experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids is preferred)

• CADWorx, CAESAR II, STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD
