Medical Officer, Paediatrics

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:


You will be responsible to:


  • provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient areas
  • perform common procedures under supervision of physicians
  • exibit sense of direction in clinical judgment and justfy on scientific basis.
  • exibit procedural skills in assistance and/or independently (where applicable) and the prudence and precaution that avoids potential complications
  • display effective and relevant documentation with quality record keeping of clinical notes, progress notes, operating notes, and potential complications
  • avoid mishap, delays and lapses in care by demonstrating good communication skills.

Requirements:


You should have:


  • an MBBS degree and a valid license from Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), preferably having completed MCPS
  • at least one year of relevant experience
  • good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
  • excellent ability to effectively work independently as well as in teams and handle work pressure
  • willingness to work in shift duties
