Provide technical and functional knowledge of the development technologies
Design and develop modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications
Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation
Create and develop new custom programs designed to integrate with Dynamics applications
Design, develop and execute data migration processes and integrations to existing systems
Ability to evaluate necessary upgrade customizations for new versions of Dynamics applications as they are released
Work with functional team to design, test, and implement customizations
Provide end-user training and end-user support
Create estimations for development tasks
Follow Development best practices and ensure that modifications are well documented
Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members
What You Know
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Development experience with Dynamics AX, 365 Finance & Operations, or 365 Retail.
Proficiency in .NET development and C#.NET or VB.NET.
Strong relational database skills, particularly with SQL Server.
Understanding of database architecture, OOP models, and Agile methodologies.
Ability to develop custom applications, reports, and integrations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with source control practices and additional languages like JavaScript or Java.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
