WHAT YOU WILL DO
The MIS and Operation Executive - is responsible for liaising with various departments and services providers, facilitating the workflow process in the contact centre on a 24x7 basis, supporting the contact centre activities and functions.
The MIS and Operation Executive will work closely with within department& I.T to escalate issues related to reports and application.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
•Generates daily, weekly & Monthly Contact Centre reports.
•Follows-up the Service Requests assigned by department.
•Collects the statistical data from the system and other departments.
•Proposes new solutions to smoothen the daily work process.
•Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
•Minimize mistakes and that they are not repeated.
•Controls and monitors daily activities and services.
•Monitors and coordinates with internal departments.
•Ensure all staff computers are maintained and inspected on Monthly basis.
•Use of the Department tools & equipment’s wisely and to assess the needs of any hardware or software components needed for day-to-day operations.
•Problem-solving and influencing skills.
•Team working skills.
•English Language skills required.
•Good computer skills in all MS office packages required.
•Ability to work in an agile work environment.
•Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & verbal)
•Oracle, Sales force application knowledge and skills preferred.
