OMS Officer

Overview:
We are seeking applications for the position of “OMS Officer”. The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationships with key customers in various tasks, and handle day to day shipments & operational activities of Ocean Freight OMS in most efficient, smooth and productive manner to meet KPIs, service deliverables & customer expectation.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Submit instructions in Shipping Lines and Consolidators
• Preparation of bill of lading
• Handling Receivable and Payable
• Timely dispatch of Documents.
• Handling day-by-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area
• Work with the team on reviewing and analyzing complaints
• Perform data entries through software INX & CW-1
Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in related field
• Strong command on MS Office
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s Degree required in the relevant field.
