Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist


About the role:


The Organizational Change Management "OCM" Specialist will work with the OCM Program Change Management Lead to manage and deliver change management plans for Division implementations of the Order to Cash Transformation Program.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Support the management and execution of change management strategies and plans for Division implementations.
    • Change management plans include plans for communication and engagement, training and enablement, measurement, launching and managing a change network, developing change sponsors, preparing people leaders, and more. We would like candidates with communications and/or training experience.
  • Partner with and support the Training Lead, Communications Lead, Measurement Lead, and Change Network Coordinator in activities as needed.
    • Activities include designing and implementing surveys to support measurement plans, updating communication drafts, updating training documents, facilitating change network calls, creating and updating slide decks, updating SharePoint sites, and more.
  • Support Program Change Management lead in organizing in managing stakeholder engagement and reinforcing program participation and accountability.
  • Support the OCM Project Manager in maintaining project plans and dashboards, as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:


  • You are a change management practitioner who has experience creating and implementing change management plans. There are future potential opportunities to lead division implementation change management work.
  • You can work mostly Eastern Standard Time hours. (specific hours can be discussed)
  • You are familiar with PROSCI’s ADKAR model.
  • You understand the importance of change management on project success.
  • You understand how to identify and communicate change impacts to impacted audiences.
  • You understand the basics of business and change management communications.
  • You understand how to read technical documentation (such as process documents) and translate them to easy-to-understand instructions.
  • You care about people and have a desire to advocate for them.
  • You have great communication skills. Where you can communicate clearly with stakeholders (written and verbal).
  • You work well in a collaborative environment and can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You can adapt your working style to collaborate with others.
  • You take the initiative to continuously learn and grow professionally.
  • You should be well organized. You can stay on top of the next steps and be self-starter.
  • You are proficient in technology use, especially in all Microsoft applications. Experience with drafting communications and creating training guides/documentation is preferred. Proficiency using tools like video editing software, Smartsheet and Canva is a plus.
  • PROSCI certification is a plus.
  • Having exposure to first-hand training development and Change communication to the impacted users of Sales force CPQ and Billing is a plus.
