Responsibilities:


  • Lead List Building: Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for cold email and cold calling campaigns, utilizing various tools and databases to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Technical Sales Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the technical sales infrastructure, including CRM systems, dialers, and email systems, to ensure smooth operation and integration of sales processes.
  • Automation Implementation: Design and implement automation workflows to streamline lead management, sales outreach, and reporting processes, tying together various sales tools and systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Reporting Automation: Develop reporting automations to generate insights into sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of lead generation efforts and automation workflows with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of CRM systems, automation tools, and other technical sales infrastructure, ensuring adoption and proficiency across the organization.

Required Experience & Skills:


  • Background: Proven experience in outbound lead generation and CRM automation, with a demonstrated ability to build effective lead lists and implement automation workflows in a sales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, Close.com, Clay, Zoom.info, Slack as well as experience with automation tools like Zapier. Familiarity with dialer systems, email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools for sales reporting is essential.
  • Essential Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. High proficiency in computer literacy, analytical thinking, and understanding of industry-specific trends and tools.

Your day will involve a mix of lead list building, CRM automation setup and optimization, reporting automation development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and providing training and support to sales teams. This includes researching and qualifying leads, setting up automation workflows, analyzing sales performance data, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
