Job Details:Job Description: This position is within the Design Enablement (DE) which is one of the key pillars enabling Intel to deliver winning products in the marketplace. As part of the Design Enablement/Process Design Kit (PDK) group, you will join a highly motivated team of talented engineers solving challenging technical problems enabling PDKs for Intel's most advanced process technologies and drive PDKs towards industry standard methods and ease of use for the end customers. The Process Development kit (PDK) Customer Support team within this organization is looking for Customer Obsessed individual in the area of PDK Documentation and Training support to provide a positive experience to our customers. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the technical contents of a Process Design Kit (PDK) and associated tools and flows, which would enable the candidate to create and review, as well as provide guidance to other technical contributors regarding technical training materials and documentation. Behavior traits: � Proven track record of uncompromising customer orientation to deliver leading-edge solutions � Technical writing skills, and presentation skills. � Effective communication (verbal and written)- skills to clearly communicate requirements to others, and follow-up to meet schedule and quality. � Be fearless in bringing the voice of the customer to the PDK team. � Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with customers and PDK team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. � Thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment. � Detail oriented.Qualifications:4+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant scientific STEM major or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: � General understanding of VLSI design tools and concepts (schematic and Layout editing, circuit simulation, Layout verification, RC extraction, synthesis, APR, timing analysis, Reliability Verification etc.) � End-to-end digital or analog design flows and methodologies � Familiarity with using MS Office tools, MS Sharepoint, and other similar tools. Work Model for this Role


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
