Job summary


The Employee Engagement Executive will support in action planning, facilitating engagement initiatives, coordinating events/meetups, and providing the support required to enhance overall employee engagement in the company.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage internal employee communications and shape corporate culture.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Employee Engagement Surveys and Annual Engagement Calendar for internal employee engagement.
  • Execute end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and initiatives to inspire and engage employees.
  • Research new engagement ideas/best practices for remote working companies.
  • Execute and drive weekly, monthly and biannual activities, meetups and events.
  • Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based.

Required Skills:


  • Well versed in employee strategy and execution
  • Execute end-to-end internal employee engagement plans
  • Understanding of drive campaigns to engage employees
  • Managing remote teams

Qualifications:


  • Education: BBA/MBA - HR
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Those who have experience of managing remote teams will be preferred.
  • Experience in the area of Employee Engagement.
