Plant Manager - Faisalabad

An experienced Plant Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Faisalabad Industrial Zone, Pakistan. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of plant operations to ensure the efficient production of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the plant team to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development within the plant.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans to optimize plant performance and productivity.
• Ensure recruitment of quality resources aligned with recruitment policy of Treet Corporation
• Ensure retention and development of resources in collaboration with Group HR function

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to uphold product quality and consistency.

• Champion a culture of safety throughout the plant, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promoting best practices in workplace safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal quality assurance teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Develop and manage the plant budget as per the guidance of Chief Operating Officer, aligned with Senior Manager Finance. Budget includees capital expenditures, operating expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality assurance, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide input on product development, capacity expansion, and process optimization initiatives.
