Job Description:


Procurement & Product Development:


  • Initiate Trial sampling to Test new supplier capability by random sampling.


  • Supporting HOD in process of finding New potential suppliers based on company required capacity, Capability & Compliance.
  • Enroll New supplier as a production Partner after getting green signal from HOD about factory audit & from compliance Team that new units are Socially, Environmentally & Compliance Certified.


  • Maintain supplier Mapping or supplier analysis based on supplier capacity & capability also collect all the required Certifications & Declarations.


  • Making sure all Product development is going smoothly & maintaining proper track record in PD summery and keep updating overall scenarios to HOD. And asking for involvement whenever necessary.


  • Assisting HOD by closely work with suppliers on capacity allocation, production planning.


  • Setup strategies along with HOD for product development to win over competitor by analyzing cost minimization, production capacity in terms of technological know-how, machineries, raw materials and output.


  • Identify and advise to keep backup suppliers for critical item to avoid potential risks.


  • Assess cost & margin analysis for the assigned brands by following company Margin standards.


  • Communicate with overseas part whenever required for the running projects.


  • Work on product Re-Engineering whenever necessary in order to meet buyers request for better price as well as keep standard margin level.


  • Working with Team to have backup solution in concern with BC for all approved items.


  • Update oversees office whenever any new product line is introduced or production capacity increase with any enlisted suppliers.



Customer Service:


  • Monitoring & supervising daily functions of CS Department activities, involving in requirement of any issue to overcome the situation and maximize output.


  • Process standardization, improvement & making sure SOP is maintaining following HOD instruction.


  • Analyze regular activities & prepare reports whenever required by HOD.


  • Arranging weekly sales report and keeping record of Pipeline, Gain & Loss report of Department.


  • Ensuring Team is taking ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.



Business Development & Other activities:


  • Ensure Team is Keeping close contact with overseas sales office in order to get new Development inquiry & to win nomination of new brands with Potential Business possibilities.


  • Market Analysis to know area of improvement in terms of competitors & Business Trend and aware Team members with possible course of action.


  • Assessing & keeping Eye on Turnover of Brands & customers following Historical sales, trying to find out root cause in case of TO reduction & discussing with customer if need involving HOD & overseas offices.


  • Work together with Team members towards become One stop solutions of Trims & accessories for RMG & Apparel in Bangladesh.


  • Train up new joiners & Guide Team to have best output from them.


Requirements:


  • Must have bachelors degree
  • Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer
  • satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
  • Exceptional Negotiation Skills & Convincing Power.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Punctual and Confident.
  • Self-starter with high Motivation

Job Details:


Experience: 8 + Years


Work Timings: (9:00 AM and 06:00 PM)


Work Days: Monday - Friday
