Responsibilities:
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for building ideal customer profiles.
Perform market analysis and research on competition.
Reach out to both potential and current customers to understand their job, responsibilities and how they are using our product to make their lives easier.
Create personas based on this research.
Share insights that will help us improve our current processes.
Prerequisites:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Passion for technology and start-ups
Some positions will require you to work in the evenings.
