Role Summary:


The Program Coordinator – Computer Science supports the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the CS program. The role bridges academic administration and faculty to ensure smooth program operations, student success, and alignment with accreditation and institutional standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Computer Science program including scheduling, course planning, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the design, review, and updating of CS curriculum in line with industry trends and accreditation requirements.
  • Monitor student academic progress and provide guidance or referrals for academic support.
  • Liaise between faculty, students, and administrative departments to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Maintain program documentation, records, and reports for internal and accreditation purposes.
  • Support faculty onboarding, coordination of assignments, and facilitation of departmental meetings.
  • Organize academic events, workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities within the department.
  • Track program performance metrics and contribute to quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's with relevant experience considered).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, program administration, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CS curriculum frameworks, software development concepts, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with student information systems and academic management tools.
