We are looking for a passionate, diligent, ambitious, and reliable Sales Assistant to join us. We are offering a full-time position (Karachi Office), excellent working conditions, and career progression, working closely with the Director and CEO!

Qualification:


Must have fluent English and a neutral accent. Prior experience in Sales is not required


BBA/MBA from well reputed University with a background of O/A Levels


What is the role?


We are looking for an industry expert with local market experience to build our presence from the very first employee and beyond. You will be working closely with our CEO and leadership team based in Australia across all aspects of the business with a core focus on sales.


Training in our service offering, brand story, and cutting-edge tech will set the foundation for success, and with a growing lead flow for the Scandi market, you will be set to smash targets from day one.


What are the tasks?


Manage incoming inquiries from companies looking for new office space.


Drive engagement on both the partner and client side, coordinate and manage office tours, and solidify deals.


Forecast, maintain, and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.


Proactively build a strategy and execute it to win new workspaces.


Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting between workspace provider and client.


Work with our Growth team to drive leads and increase brand awareness.


Liaise with our global Dev team to evolve our platform and website.


Deliver next-level customer experience for ongoing brand loyalty.


Recruit, lead, and inspire new team members as the company grows.


What are we looking for?


Excellent verbal and written communication.


Experience in coworking, proptech or real estate (Desirable)


Track record of managing sales processes (Desirable)


Thrive on exceeding targets and smashing sales
