Senior Corporate Collections Associate

Careem Deliveries is looking for a Corporate Receivable Associate/Specialist  for its Careem B2B business to ensure that customers’ debts are collected in line with contractual terms.

What you'll do: 

• Effective collaboration with team members, business partners and stakeholders across markets including UAE, KSA & Qatar for recovery/collection from clients
• Collection of due receiveables  from clients in a timely manner as per credit terms of the service contract and Careem’s credit and collection policy
• Regular monitoring of client payments and dispute  resolution where necessary
• Investigation of payment discrepancies
• Issuing Credit notes to clients in oracle 
• Generating SOAs of clients for visibility and action on due receivables 
• Performing required analysis, reports and controls
• Ensuring performance metrics are met

What you'll need: 

• Degree in Economics, Accounting or any related Finance/Business course preferred
• 3 to 4+  years of relevant work experience 
• Previous experience with Oracle would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach and demonstrating full ownership of assigned tasks
• Good knowledge of Excel
