Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our company's HR department in the role of Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 8-plus years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of HR functions, industry practices, and market trends. This role requires expertise in recruitment, operations, employee engagement, training and development, organizational development, and other HR-related areas. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws, industry standards, and best practices.
Ensure effective communication and dissemination of HR policies across the organization, promoting awareness and understanding among employees.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align HR initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Implement strategies and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Function as a trusted advisor, guiding employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Administer employee benefits programs and identify training needs to support professional growth and skill development.
Utilize HR data and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Mitigate HR-related risks and participate in HR audits as required.
Spearheaded recruitment efforts, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to secure high-caliber professionals.
Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
Drive change management initiatives and facilitate organizational transitions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
Analyse needs and execute support systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, and office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
8 plus years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
