As a Senior Product Associate in the Deposit 2.0 team, you will be actively involved in creating innovative solutions to modernize our firmwide core deposit platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally to promote business outcomes, prioritizing customer experience. Your role will include acting as a technically-focused product analyst, designing user stories to test application and smart contract performance within the deposits ecosystem. We are seeking someone with proven experience in analyzing the technical performance of applications to enhance the overall quality of the customer experience.


Job responsibilities


  • Design simple, concise and targeted tests to determine the best approach to maximize performance of application or smart contract settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple product teams on the path to delivering Deposit 2.0
  • Pore over data, load profiles, technical documentation, and research to advocate for the settings or configuration choices that deliver the best stakeholder or customer experience
  • Continuously seek to find a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while managing the delivery timeline
  • Create and maintain testing roadmaps that align to the needs of the product’s customer journeys, capabilities and development teams
  • Manage work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope
  • Co-lead execution of 1+ Scrum teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into stories, test, evaluate and proceed with additional iteration)

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of consumer banking products/payments/fintech experience with a demonstrated record of delivering in technical and/or development teams
  • Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness.
  • Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows
  • Ability to develop and prioritize a product backlog to ensure the team delivers high value stories and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)
  • An intellectual curiosity surrounding new technologies, the competitive environment, and driving change at scale
  • Scrappy, versatile personality type with high resiliency and a drive for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done

  • Proficient in JIRA
  • Preference for experience with performance testing
