The Opportunity:

• We are seeking a highly experienced payments specialist to join GPS Ops Payments Infrastructure as Senior Product Owner. This is a high profile role accountable for driving the delivery of business and operational requirements for new products and changes across our Payments Infrastructure.
• The Payments Infrastructure team operates across all our payment systems Cross Border / high value, Domestic & Real Time Payments, Investigations, and post processing, and is a key partner to Operations, LOB product leads and Technology.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive the delivery of the detailed requirements backlog, working closely with LOB Product Owners, as well as Operations and Technology
• Liaise with all stake holders in the business areas and operations to align the product roadmap to business, IT and Ops priorities
• Ensure Operational Readiness for all changes, working closely with GPS Operations (UAT, Training, End User Documentation, Ops release management)
• Ensure consistency with global payment processing workflow as far as possible, driving out local changes unless driven by pressing Business, regulatory or compliance needs.
• Demonstrate clear ability to challenge existing processes and practices where they do not align to the GPS Operations Target Operating model and payments infrastructure architecture
