Job Requirements and Skills:
To Deploy, Install and Support all Midrange to Enterprise level technologies i.e., Server, Storage, Backup, Vitalization Solution etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and timely resolution.
Timely escalations & principal engagement.
Maintain efficient reporting & ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assign unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and management.
To attend technology sessions & technical trainings i.e., DellEMC, Cisco, VMware, IBM, Huawei etc
Maintain professional certification in respective technologies / products.
To Participate / attend in-house labs / tech sessions with the team.
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
To maintain disciplined, honest behavior and follow standard work ethics.
Job Specifications:
Proven Certifications, Technology certification, Technology Accreditations
Can administer different platforms like Windows and Linux.
Preference will be given who have hands-on experience in deployment or administering
enterprise class Server, Storage and Backup & Recovery appliance.
Hands-on experience of VMware, HCI and Backup Recovery tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g. DELL EMC, Huawei & VMware Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Graduate, preferable in computer sciences / IT
Experience: Up to 5 years of experience.
Location: Lahore
Salary: Market competitive
Timings: Monday to Friday, ( 9am till 6pm )
