About the job:
Position: Social Media Specialist
Job Description:
Measuring and reporting all marketing campaigns, sales data, ROI, and KIPs and creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
Working closely with our Facebook & Google Ads Agency to create
advertisements and write ad copies that are aligned with brand voice
Handling product launch campaigns (including schedules, announcements,mood boards, product photography, outreach and PR) and ensure everything happens on schedule
Handling sale campaigns from planning to execution
Handling photo and video shoots including moodboards, locations,
photographers/videographers coordination, model + makeup
management, direction of the shoot, execution and overlooking editing
Develop, implement, manage and post social media content across all platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook groups
Come up with creative captions and use relevant hashtags
Design and post interactive stories to engage with audience and increase engagement
Measure the success of every social media post, story and campaign using UTMs and other metrics
Design posts using Canva or other design softwares and edit basic videos when needed (adding text, music and such)
Monitor engagement and suggest content optimization
Conduct marketing campaigns, such as SMS and email
Managing content creation such as in-house content, influencer content and UGC content on a daily & weekly basis from planning and scripting to execution stage
Working closely with Design team to come up with creative and fresh ideas on a daily basis
Handling advertising, design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
Building strategic relationships and partner with influencers, agencies, and
Overseeing and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Managing salon & retail program including shortlisting prospective
partners, reaching out, and getting them onboard
Collaborating with colleagues from across departments to ensure branding is consistent
Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
Identifying and testing new customer acquisition opportunities to improve performance and/or reduce costs with and drive to rapid growth for partners.
Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
Ensuring that the brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.
Shape and communicate our vision and mission + Manage and promote the public perception of brand
Devising innovative growth strategies

Timings: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: Lahore - Onsite
Salary & Benefits: 100k -130k
