Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in line with overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals, target audiences, and KPIs (key performance indicators), and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.
Content Creation:
Create captivating and eye-catching social media content, including text, photos, graphics, video content, and interactive content. Make sure all content is branded, relevant to your target audience, and optimized for all platforms.
Community Engagement:
Keep an eye out for mentions, messages, and comments on social media platforms, and reply politely and quickly when necessary. To cultivate connections and brand loyalty, encourage good interactions with followers, respond to questions and concerns from customers, and actively participate in the online community.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Develop campaign concepts, creative assets, and messaging, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and evaluate important social media data, especially ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions. Generate reports and insights regularly to evaluate performance, spot opportunities and trends, and provide data-driven development recommendations.
Social Listening & Market Research:
Keep yourself updated on market trends, rivalry, and new social media features and platforms. Engage in social listening to learn more, pinpoint conversation topics, and track opinions regarding the brand and related subjects.
Collaborative Efforts:
Work collaboratively with internal departments including PR, customer service, marketing, and product development to make sure that social media initiatives support larger corporate goals and campaigns. Offer assistance and direction on social media trends and best practices.
Stay Up to Date:
Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills, and share learnings with the team.
Solid experience in social media marketing and digital advertising is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on content creation experience is preferred.
Proven proficiency in Meta and Google AdSense platforms is a plus.
