General Summary:

Designs and develops Selfhelp applications for one the world's largest CHIP development team. Develop web applications and engineering tools that includes programming at the data layer, integration layer, API layer, and the UI layer. Builds custom applications using latest web technologies to deliver the data in a faster and more efficient manner to meet the dynamic needs of our legal partners. 
Responsibilities:
• Full Stack Developers responsible for developing and designing front end/back end application. 
• Keeps abreast of current technology trends and familiar with application development best practices
• Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.
• Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
• Experience in working in a DevOps environment
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Collaborate with users, QA and Management to ensure that enhancements and application defects are managed effectively. Communicate status of development activities as required.
• Should be able to understand & architect the solution with the tools available readily in the market
• Responsible for developing and executing formal performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. 
• Ensure Code quality and participate in the code review meetings.

• Should have 3-5years of work experience.
• Full stack application development with Python, Django, Angular, React, Node JS & NoSQL technologies
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Node.js.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python and Java
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills 
• Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology
• Planning and executing project development phase.
• Expertise in managing Cloud / VMWare resources and good exposure on Dockers
• Familiar with application development best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).
OR
Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1+ year of IT-relevant experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of IT-relevant experience.
• 2+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
• 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
