Associate DevOps Engineer

We're on the hunt for an Associate-Level DevOps Engineer with foundational experience in AWS. This role is ideally suited for someone with 6 to 1 year of years of hands-on experience with AWS services and a passion for cloud infrastructure. Experience with Azure and GCP would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the development team in integrating their project changes, ensuring the stability and reliability of our platforms.
2. Assist in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines within AWS.
3. Deploy and manage services within AWS, following best practices.
4. Implement infrastructure as code practices using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
5. Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch and other AWS-native tools.
6. Ensure data integrity and access controls using AWS services.
7. Assist in the setup and maintenance of container orchestration platforms in AWS, like ECS or EKS.
8. Document AWS processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
9. Aid in troubleshooting and resolving AWS-specific infrastructure issues.
10. Stay updated with the latest AWS service updates and recommendations.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 6 to 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS services.
3. Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
4. Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).
5. Experience with Git or other source code management tools.
6. An understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, especially within AWS.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. AWS foundational certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Developer - Associate).
2. Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
3. Familiarity with basic networking concepts, especially in the AWS environment.
