Your New Role:
The successful candidate will help WBD accelerate the use of Generative AI to solve business and operational challenges and promote innovation in their organization. As an applied scientist, you are proficient in designing and developing advanced ML models to solve diverse challenges and opportunities. You will work with terabytes of data to solve real-world problems and explore new opportunities to make processes more efficient. You'll design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and find new ways of optimizing risk, profitability, and user experience.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Create ML/Generative Ai models: Design, develop, and evaluate innovative ML models to solve diverse challenges and opportunities across the company. Understand business problems and needs, to define and implement scalable Generative AI solutions to solve them
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT (Information Technology), development, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure automation is embedded proactively
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ML algorithms and innovative deep learning (DL), spending time to keep learning and provide guidance to other teams across the organization
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, math, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5 to 8 years of experience in building ML/AI models for business applications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or related language
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
- Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in English
Not Required but preferred experience:
- Experience with large data lakes such as Snowflake.
