•Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
•Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
oApplication trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
oApplication performance tuning and optimization
oResolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
oProactive monitoring and incidents analysis
oExperience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
oFunctional experience in banking domain
oComplete understanding of SWIFT architecture of SAA , SAG,SWP,HSM,SNL
oKnowledge of SWIFT message standards (MT & MX ISO 20022)
oHands on experience deploying periodic SWIFT standards & security patches
oKnowledge of SWIFT integration with IPLA, IBM MQ & ADK
oGood understanding of rule & schema creation for message flow in SAA
oUNIX Shell scripting, XML scripting, XSL scripting, SQL & Oracle developer
oWilling to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
oAcknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
Preferred:
oKnowledge of UAE local payments (UAEFTS, IPI)
oUnderstanding of payment screening
oKnowledge of BMC remedy, JIRA, confluence
