Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter


Position Type: Full-Time, Remote


Working Hours: 06 PM to 03 AM (Pakistani Time Zone)

Your Role with Us:


  • Get to know what our clients need and help them find the perfect people for their teams.
  • Write job posts that are clear and catchy to attract the best candidates out there.
  • Share these job posts far and wide to make sure they get seen by lots of people.
  • Sort through applications to find the gems - the candidates who could be just right for the job.
  • Chat with candidates on the phone to see if they're a good fit.
  • Arrange interviews and make sure everything goes smoothly.
  • Think of fun and different ways to interview people to really get to know them.
  • Dive deep in interviews to find out if candidates have the right skills and personality for the job.
  • Share your findings about candidates with our clients, showing off the best points about each person.
  • Help wrap things up and get new hires started on their exciting journey.
  • Keep track of all the great candidates we meet for future opportunities.
  • Use cool tech tools to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Build connections with schools and other places to find even more amazing talent.
  • Show off Pavago at job fairs and events to attract new people and spread the word about what we're doing.

What You Need to Join Us:


  • A background in Business or something similar; if you've got an MBA, that's a plus!
  • Great at speaking and writing in English.
  • A pro at keeping things organized and juggling different tasks.
  • You should have a nice quiet spot at home where you can work and chat with people over video calls.
  • If you've used Applicant Tracking Systems before, that's awesome.

Interview process:


  1. Phone Call: We'll kick things off with a quick call to introduce ourselves and discuss the next steps.
  2. Video Interview: A 30-minute video call to dive a bit deeper.
  3. Technical Assessment: Spend an hour showing us your skills.
  4. Final Interview: Meet with our team to ensure a great fit.
  5. Background and Reference Check: We'll do a quick check to cross the T's and dot the I's.
  6. Offer Placement: If everything looks good, we'll make you an offer to join us!
