Job Description: Talent Acquisition Officer

-Lead talent acquisition efforts through proactive sourcing and screening of candidates.
-Manage job postings across various platforms to attract top talent.
-Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and support employee engagement initiatives.
-Manage HR administration tasks, such as database maintenance and reporting.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fulfill vacancies efficiently.
-Aid in performance management activities, including evaluations and improvement plans.
-Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
  2 - 3 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
  Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs and sheets.
  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
