How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Assist in the completion of various engineering tasks assigned by your Supervisor, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with experienced Engineers on projects, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project development and decision-making processes.
  • Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to address technical challenges and improve project outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement within the team.

What You Bring


  • A Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university or college, demonstrating a strong academic foundation (Graduation year: 2025 or 2024 strictly)
  • Knowledge of Substation HV Equipment and Protection Relays, which would be advantageous for project involvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with additional knowledge of AUTOCAD being beneficial for technical tasks.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively tackle engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, complemented by a very good level of English, to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, ready to embrace new challenges and contribute to team success.
