Technical Business Analyst

Business Analyst will be the driver behind our continued growth and success. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. Responsibilities:

• Functional requirement gathering and analysis for new leads to help technical analysts with estimations
  
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, development, etc.) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way for new prospects
  
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate functional requirements on a continuing basis
  
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with clients and respond to questions and concerns from clients with supporting research and recommendations

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field or an MBA
  
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field in IT
  
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  
• Advanced technical skills
  
• Excellent documentation skills
  
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  
• Experience creating proposals & timelines and giving presentations
  
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
