Technical Interview Analyst

Job Description

Attention to detail is essential for a technical Interview analyst because they are responsible for analyzing data and finding patterns in it. Problem-solving skills are also important because technical analysts often have to solve complex issues that arise in their projects

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and observe interviews daily and note down the insights and provide feedback to students and curriculum team

  
  

• Provide comprehensive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of assessments and feedback sessions.

  
  

• Create detailed report cards that encapsulate students' interview performances.

  
  

• Coordinate with student in-charges to ensure effective implementation of training plans

• Proven experience in technical coaching, training, or a related field.

  
  

• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.

  
  

• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  
  

Additional Requirements:

2 - 3 years of previous work experience in the software industry

Proficient English speaking skills

Experience in taking interviews would be considered an added advantage

Key skills: Python, JavaScript, React JS.
