Position: Technical Recruiter


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost team morale.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate the implementation of relevant programs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with market trends and company objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and handle employee relations matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our software company's goals and values.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging HR practices, and changes in employment legislation

Other Details:


Location: Lahore


Timings: 10am - 7pm


Experience: 3-6 years


Salary: 130k-170k
