We're actively looking for UI/UX Designer (Lahore - Onsite)

Client company introduction:

Our client is a young, full-service software development company with a focus on Web, Mobile and Data Engineering. Our customers range from early stage startups to enterprise companies (3000+ in size).

Our client is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.

Prerequisites (in order of importance)

• A bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Design OR exceptional display of self-learning ability
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Must Have:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Create wire-frames, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces based on user-centered design principles.
• Conduct thorough usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
