To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Power Platform Developer.

We are open to candidates in Ovar.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Platform Development & Configuration

Design, build, and configure applications and solutions within the platform (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow). Customize components, data models, and workflows to meet business requirements.                    

• Integration & APIs        

Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware. Ensure secure and reliable data exchange.                    

• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Manage source control, versioning, deployments, and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod). Use CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) for automated deploy

• Solution Design & Architecture

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Define architecture, patterns, and best practices.               

• Automation & Process Optimization

Implement workflows and automated processes using tools like Power Automate or platform-native automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.                

• Security & Compliance

Ensure solutions comply with security standards, access controls, and governance policies. Manage roles, permissions, and data protection.                         

• Monitoring & Support  

Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for incidents and service requests. Ensure system stability and availability.                      

• Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and configuration details.                           

• Collaboration with Stakeholders

Work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery.                

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Stay updated with platform updates and new features. Propose improvements and innovations to enhance existing solutions and processes.                           

Requirements

• Academic background University degree:  in IT, Software Development  
• Minimum professional experience: 3-5 years.
• Proficiency in English (any other language skill will be strongly valuated).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders
• Microsoft certifications related with Power Platform Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Platform Development:

Professional Strong experience building apps, workflows, and customizations; understanding of platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.         

• Integration & APIs:

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and data integration; ability to design secure and scalable integrations.         

• Data Modeling & Databases:

Understanding of relational data models, Dataverse/SQL, data structures, and performance optimization.      

• Security & Governance:

Knowledge of role-based access control, data security, compliance, and platform governance frameworks.       

• Automation Tools:

Ability to design and implement automated workflows and business processes              

• UI/UX & Front-End Concepts:

Understanding of user experience principles and ability to design user-friendly interfaces.        

• Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking

Expert  Strong ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions.
