The event built on the success and popularity of last year’s Bayt.com HR event, which brought together dozens of thought leaders from the UAE’s HR industry and created an invaluable opportunity for peer to peer networking.
This year, the event included two panel discussions to address the new challenges arising in the age of millennials and technology as well as how to attract, engage, and retain talent by building a corporate culture of excellence. The event was attended by many Emirati professionals from the HR and talent-management fields; the heads of some of the country’s most successful organisations; and UAE-based recruiters who want to learn about the latest recruitment trends.
