As part of Bayt's ongoing success in helping employers find top caliber candidates from the Middle East and abroad, Bayt is now proud to announce new features in the employer section making it even easier for employers to find and hire ideal candidates for their vacancies. So what are these changes?

First, the employer section today sports a brand new look and feel making it very easy to move around the site. This means that the employer can post a job, search and filter the database of over200,000 CV's using very specific "candidate requirements" and invite candidates for interviews / and or more information in minutes. The flow of the website makes it easy to move from one task to the other, quickly, easily and efficiently.

Second, the employers "recruiting management tools" have been optimized. This means that with the use of multiple folders, employers can now store CVs, track correspondence with multiple candidates, make online notes on candidates, schedule online interviews, share the information with other members of the company through improved "Workspace management" tools. This means that the old headaches of scheduling interviews, remembering details of interviews, sharing information across the organisation, filing etc etc all disappear and are managed all in one easy to access space on Bayt.

Third, for those companies assessing multiple candidates across multiple jobs and / or departments, now the employer can select the relevant CV's and an excel spreadsheet is automatically created which summarizes the multiple candidates' key information, including name, skill, years of experience etc. This simplifies future reference and comparison of candidates.

Another new and exciting feature on Bayt.com is the new streaming CV's where employers can now view candidates who have opted for the opportunity to communicate in an online video clip. The video clip enables candidates to present themselves and discuss personal strengths and career objectives. The employer can benefit from being able to actually view and pre-screen the candidates making informed decisions based on their visual presentation and communication skills.
