Performs various secretarial and administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis Performs secretarial duties which require the handling of confidential and sensitive information. Manages, coordinates and maintains calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, and records of communication Provides business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials Compiles reports as directed and ensures that all documentation is properly maintained Coordinates and tracks department staff travel Establishes a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the Department Arranges required office equipment
Qualifications
About the candidate: High School or Diploma with with minimum 3 yrs of Job related experience Bachelors degree or equivalent with 2yrs job related experience Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook) Experience with translation in Arabic/English * Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
