About the job BMS Specialists-Maintenance
OBJECTIVE:
Maintaining existing building management systems by fixing errors, running tests and updating software.
DUTIES:
- Repairing a range of equipment and machinery involved in BMS.
- Regularly engaging with industry research, developments and trends to ensure that their work remains relevant.
- Perform and execute assigned work efficiently and professionally.
- Perform necessary database tasks such as backups, clippings, troubleshooting and exporting of files.
- Perform point to point check out to verify that controls systems have been installed properly.
- Perform system programming and develop control strategies.
- Perform work from ladders, lifts and scaffolds.
- Report problems or changes to management immediately.
- Respond to and solve customer issues to completion.
- Respond to service calls.

At least High School Graduate with relevant experience in Building Management System.
Preferably with Trade or Vocational Certificate in Technical Fields.
