    Job Description

    Produce financial and market industry outlook by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports for all the company's businesses. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. * Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executive management. * Synthesize current business industry outlook to support recommendations for action. * Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, filed reports, or purchased sources and identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications. * Perform periodic review of financial reports and verifies accuracy and fiscal solvency. * Perform New Business feasibility studies and start-up projections for New businesses. * Create business tools and systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. * Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests or explore alternative financing methods; ratio analysis and sensitivity analysis for new and existing investment. * Coordinates the development of budget for all the company's operations in accordance with top management set goal. * Performs statistical analysis of cash flow and budgets and monitor and evaluates budgets and cash flow to have a clear picture of the financial position of the company. * Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented procedures. * Perform some administrative work like general office duties.


    Skills

    1. Timely Reporting – This can be on a daily, weekly and monthly depending on the needs and circumstances. 2. Accuracy and reliability of data gathering and reports being generated. 3. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best alternatives options and solutions. 4. Interpreting the meaning of information to Managers and direct Superior and explain how this information can be used. Computer Skill(s): MS Office / Knowledge in Operating System of the Company ( . SAP ) Equipment Knowledge: Computers (desktop/laptop), Telephone, Mobile, Fax, Projector and other office equipment
