Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a leading company focused on System Integration. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to sustainability, our client provides innovative technology solutions tailored to their clients' diverse needs. As a Business Solutions Manager, you will lead a dedicated department responsible for delivering exceptional solutions using the Oracle Hospitality Suite. Your role will involve managing a team of approximately 30 professionals, driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, streamline processes, and enhance our offerings to meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strong leadership to a team of 30 professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

- Establish clear goals and objectives for the department, aligning them with organizational strategies and priorities.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Product Management and Optimization:

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Hospitality, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements, customizations, and feature developments to meet evolving business requirements.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for value-added services.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Project Planning and Execution:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the Oracle Hospitality Suite, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate project risks to achieve successful outcomes.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Business Development:

- Identify opportunities to expand product offerings, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and revenue generation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on potential areas for innovation and differentiation.


Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry, with a focus on POS system implementation and management.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Hospitality functionality, configuration, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and drive projects to successful completion.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
