About the role


As A Talent Acquisition Planning Officer,


You will provide essential and proactive administrative support to plan, coordinate and organize all logistical and operational aspects of Qatar Airways Cabin Crew recruitment campaigns to ensure the highest quality of candidates and the success of operations. You will be responsible to arrange advertising and all other requirements by contacting advertising agencies, recruitment agencies or training schools/academies to recruit best available talent in the destination country.


  • Effectively coordinate all Cabin Crew recruitment campaigns periodically by making venue arrangements, recruiter's accommodation provisions and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently assist recruiters to obtain necessary approvals on duty travels and travel logistics including arranging visas, flight & hotel bookings, approvals for exit permits and allowances etc.
  • Maximize candidate turnout for planned recruitment drives by publishing event details on job boards/social media, QR career website or other available media sources approved by the Company.
  • Assist line manager with all financial activities related to recruitment campaign including approval and facilitation of invoices/purchase orders, credit card statements and Oracle approval including collection of required documentation and following up through clearance of payments process.
  • Recording and monitoring monthly expense reports/budgets for Cabin Crew recruitment.
  • Assist line manager with roster plotting and planning for the Cabin Crew Talent Acquisition team to facilitate coverage of duties both in the office and recruiters on duty travel ensuring the highest level of staff utilization and maximizing productivity while maintaining appropriate rest and working hours legality.
  • Assist line manager in conducting market research to ensure that the Cabin Crew Talent Acquisition Team is up to date with the latest industry best practices.
  • Assist with other department projects as required by the business.

Qualifications

About you:


  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience or High School Qualification with minimum 4 years of job-related experience preferably in Human Resources, Management, Marketing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure of defined tight timescales and budget.
  • Exposure to HR systems is essential.
  • Strong interactions with client area with proven influencing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
  • Must have strong time and project management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Must have initiative to solve recruitment challenges constantly interacting with Talent Acquisition, Line Management and candidates.
  • Preferably good knowledge and experience of QR Cabin Crew Talent Acquisition requirements.
