Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.


Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.


Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.



Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities


• Responsible for all kind of machine works.
• Operating all kind of machine in shipyard such as milling machine, Lathe machine, Shaping machine, Slotting machine, Etc.
• Reading drawings of all jobs.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management. 



Qualifications:

Education & Professional Qualification:
I.T.I. training or Technical training school certificate in the trade of machinist.


Professional Experience: 
5-10 year experience in similar trade
- Heavy engineering industries experience in machining required
- Shipyard experience will be preferred.
- Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations


Geographic Experience: 
Records of good company work experience


Computer Skills: 
0


Language Skills: 
English preferential
