Concierge Manager

Our client is a progressive diversified and sustainable business group in the region providing an outstanding experience in the Automotive and Associated Businesses through superior value products and services in partnership with some of the world's leading brands.

They are looking for a Guest Experience Lead to drive the delivery of high-end, personalized services to their exquisite clientele, ensuring their experiences are luxurious and seamless.

Main Objectives:

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering personalized assistance to meet their needs and preferences with the utmost standard of service.
• Oversee and coordinate the entire customer experience journey, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable process.
• Represent the brand with integrity and sophistication, embodying its values in every customer interaction and serving as a true ambassador for our luxury division.
• Actively seek and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with sales, service, and other departments to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to customer care, promptly and effectively resolving any issues that may arise.
• Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for customers, contributing to the enhancement of brand loyalty and engagement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury automotive services and customer care, proposing innovative ideas to maintain services at the forefront of industry excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a concierge or similar role.
• Experience in the luxury automotive sector or high-end hospitality is a Must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
• Must be an Arabic Speaker with English Fluency.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
