Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Tile Mason, Gypsum Board Worker, Plumber & Painter)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a dynamic role for a results-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in various trades, including tile setting, gypsum board installation, plumbing, and painting. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes for our projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven expertise in tile setting, gypsum board installation, plumbing, and painting. Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. A valid Qatar driving license is a plus.

Desired Skills & Experience
Tile Setting:
Install various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic) on floors, walls, and countertops.
Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including screeding and waterproofing.
Cut and shape tiles to fit around fixtures and create intricate patterns.
Ensure proper grouting and sealing of tiles.
Gypsum Board Installation:
Install drywall, including hanging, taping, and finishing.
Repair and replace damaged drywall sections.
Apply joint compound and sand smooth surfaces for a flawless finish.
Plumbing:
Install and repair plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.).
Perform basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and connecting water lines.
Follow plumbing codes and regulations to ensure safety and functionality.
Painting:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
Apply paint using various techniques (rollers, brushes, sprayers) to achieve a professional finish.
Mask off areas to prevent paint splatter and ensure clean lines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
May assist with other construction-related tasks as needed.
