Customer Service Advisor



We are a new delivery startup in Qatar that came from the UK and are looking to expand our lovely team in Doha. Customer services is key to our success and therefore we are looking for bright, motivated, and talented individuals to join our family.
You will be involved in:
1. Becoming an operator who deals with customer service and driver supports.
2: Answers live chat queries and support tokens
3: Communicating with customers and drivers with your best
Requirements:
Fluent English
Computer skills
Willing to work overtime if necessary
Ability to speak well on the telephone
Excellent multitasking
Visa Requirements: Preferred to have existing QID and transfer to a new company
Expected Start Date: 11/1/2021
